Customer Help

Once an order is received we will begin creating your product. This can take up to 7 business days (most take 2 to 3). Once finished, you will receive an email with the tracking information when we send it out. 

At the top of the screen just click on “My Account” and you will be given the option to create. Alternatively, you can create one during the checkout process.

Registered Users – Once you have logged in click on “My Account” in the top-right corner of the screen. 

When your item ships, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track your order. 

We do not store credit card information. However some browsers may save the information so you can autofill in the details. 

Tax is included in the price of the products. 

We currently ship to the US and it’s territories. We are looking into international shipping options. 

Items will be in one package if they fit. Otherwise the order will be broken into 2 or more packages.
